How long is the promotion running for?

Entry to the Promotion will be open between 00:00 on 09.07.18 and 23:59 on 30.09.18.

What is a ‘Catch All’ prize draw?

In case you miss the main promotion, there will be a ‘Catch All’ prize draw after the main promotional period giving you the chance to win a pair of England cricket tickets. The prize draw will run from midnight 00:00 on 30.09.18 and close at 23:59 on 30.06.19.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter:

  1. Purchase a participating ‘Hit a Wicket, Win an England Cricket Ticket’ Rubicon promotional pack.
  2. Visit rubiconcricket.co.uk.
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of the barcode, your full legal name and email address.
  4. You will be prompted to ‘bowl at the wickets’ via an interactive video.
  5. The video will reveal an instant winning or losing message on-screen.

Where can I find my code on the product?

Your code to enter the promotion is the last four digits of the barcode which will be found on the rear or bottom of the product.

I am a resident of Northern Ireland; how do I enter?

For residents of Northern Ireland, for a free entry, request a 4-digit barcode by writing to us at Rubicon - A.G. Barr p.l.c, Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD.  The letter must include your full name and full postal address including country of residence. No purchase necessary requests may be subject to verification. Only correctly stamped, valid requests will receive a code that can be used to enter the Promotion. The code will be posted to the address in the request letter. One letter per person per week via this route. No Purchase Necessary requests must be received by 09.06.19.

I’m having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?

A.G. Barr does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your barcode code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact A.G. Barr Consumer Care team either by email at: rubiconconsumercare@agbarr.co.uk or by telephone on 0330 390 5900 (UK) and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 09.06.19 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

I’m having trouble entering my details. What should I do?

Please make sure you’re following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if:

  1. You enter a promotional code on the website homepage and were directed to the winning moments video.
  2. If you have won and claimed successfully, you will also be sent a confirmation email including further details of the cricket tickets you have won and shall be receiving via the post.

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code and email address combination again. What prizes are available to be won?

During the Promotional Period, there are a total of 84 prizes to be won. Prizes are datespecific, please check before entry.The Prizes include the following tickets to the following England v India cricket fixtures:

  • a) 4 x pairs of tickets to the ODI at Emerald Headlingley on 17 th July 2018
  • b) 7 x pairs of tickets to the 1 st Test (Day 2) at Edgbaston on 2 nd August 2018
  • c) 5 x pairs of tickets to the 1 st Test (Day 3) at Edgbaston on 3 rd August 2018
  • d) 12 x pairs of tickets to the 2 nd Test (Day 2) at Lord’s on 10 th August 2018
  • e) 5 x pairs of tickets to the 3 rd Test (Day 3) at Trent Bridge on 20 th August 2018
  • f) 5 x pairs of tickets to the 3 rd Test (Day 5) at Trent Bridge on 22 nd August 2018
  • g) 5 x pairs of tickets to the 4 th Test (Day 2) at the Ageas Bowl on 31 st August 2018

How are winners notified? (Main promotional period)

If you are a winner, you will be immediately notified on-screen after entry via an automated video. Follow on-screen instructions in order to claim your prize. Winners will also be sent a confirmation email.

What is included in the prize?

Two standard seating tickets to an England cricket match.

What is not included in the prize?

The Prize does not include any additional elements such as travel expenses, food & drink or spending money.

How many prizes are there?

There are 84 pairs of tickets up for grabs.

Who can use the tickets?

Each ticket will cover entry into its respective England Cricket match for either an adult or child (Children using a ticket will be required to be accompanies by an adult aged 18+).

Can I gift the tickets?

Tickets are not specified to one individual person and are available to use at the winners’ discretion.

Where will I be sat during the cricket match?

Tickets will be standard seating. We are unable to provide information on the position of the seating in advance, due to any unforeseen venue alterations or changes.

What details will I need to enter upon winning and why?

Winners will be notified immediately on screen and asked to submit an address to which their prize will be delivered. Winners will also be asked for a contact telephone number to help with prize fulfilment.

How will I know if I have won a pair of tickets?

Winners will be notified immediately on screen, via an automated video.

What if I can’t use the tickets on the date specified?

Please check before entry as prizes are date specific, with no alternative prize available.

How will I receive the tickets?

All tickets shall be posted first class, recorded delivery to the provided address. Delivery is required to be signed for by the recipient.

When will I receive the tickets?

We will endeavour to deliver tickets within four working days following receipt of accurate delivery information.

What if my tickets don’t arrive before the date of the cricket match?

We will ensure tickets are posted to arrive with you before the fixture. No responsibility can be taken for entries or claims which are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promotor due to any reason whatsoever.

What fixtures are available to be won within the 2019 season?

Fixtures have not yet been released for the 2019 season. When fixtures are released, winners of a pair of tickets to a 2019 domestic fixture will be given the choice of 3 x matches to attend. Options will exclude Ashes tickets.
